Greetings Cedar Creek High School Families, 

My name is Stacey Tinkis, and I am thrilled to join the CCHS administrative team as the new Associate Principal.

I have served students and families for 24 years at the high school and middle school levels. I have relocated from southwest Florida where I served for 10 years as an Assistant Principal at the high school and middle school level for Sarasota County Schools. Previously, I also served as middle school administrator and school counselor in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Georgia.

My focus is to support students and families and promote academic and behavioral success with an emphasis on college and career readiness. I am eager to bring my administrative expertise to the CCHS community to find ways to promote positive attendance and reduce barriers to students achieving their highest potential.

I hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Michigan State University and Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver. I also have completed a School Counseling and Principal Licensure Program from the University of Minnesota. 

I look forward to working collaboratively with the CCHS community!
