I am the Music teacher at Mina Elementary.  I've been teaching for 25 years.   After teaching 2nd and 3rd grade for so many years at Mina, I was excited to start teaching Music.  I have been teaching Music for 8 years.  I find it extremely fun and rewarding. 

I am married to my best friend Jonathan Weidemann who is pursuing his doctorate degree.  We have four wonderful kiddos.   My son, Johnny graduated from Texas A&M-Kingsville with a degree in Business.  He is now an insurance man with Texas Farm Bureau.  Celeste is currently a junior at Texas A&M in College Station.  Alyssa is a junior at Bastrop High School and Janette is a sophmore at Round Top-Carmine ISD.  As a family, we love the outdoors.  We especially love fishing!! :)
