I am honored to serve Adelton as Assistant Principal!  I am beginning my 27th year as a Bastrop ISD employee.  In my tenure at Bastrop, I have taught a wide range of grade levels at Cedar Creek Elementary for 20 years from Kindergarten to Third Grade, along with being an Intervention teacher.  I also served Emile Elementary for 6 years as School Counselor for two years and Assistant Principal for 4 years. 

I graduated in 1999 from Southwest Texas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with a specialization in Early Childhood Education.  In 2012, I graduated from Lamar University with a Master of Education in Administration.  I received my School Counselor's certification from Region IV in Houston. 

My husband and I share a wonderful, growing family with three sons, a lovely daughter-in-law, and two granddaughters.   When not at school, you might find me at the various baseball fields across the state or being a Gigi to my precious grandbabies. 

I consider it a great honor to partner with you as a parent and educator to provide the very best education for all students at Adelton Elementary!
