I am both honored and excited to serve as the Principal at Bastrop Middle School and look forward to working with our leadership team, teachers, and BMS staff, in our efforts to advance the academic achievement of all students on our campus. 

My passion for education and supporting the success of all students has been shaped over the past thirteen years as an English teacher, instructional coach, and assistant principal. I graduated from Texas State University with a degree in Communications. In addition, I hold a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Texas, Tyler. The Bastrop community is a special place of which I am very proud to be a part of. My goal this year is to provide the leadership that will facilitate a school environment that is safe and engaging in order for your child to receive the best possible academic instruction. I am confident that Bastrop Middle School will continue to be a place where our students can learn and grow both academically and socially.
