Students and their parents are encouraged to talk with a school counselor, teacher, or principal to learn more about BISD's 2023-2024 Course Guide offering. Each spring, students will be provided information on anticipated courses for the next school year and other information that will help them make the most of academic and elective opportunities. Research shows that students with a career goal in mind do better academically in the classroom and on state-mandated assessments. Go online with your child and explore career options for your student and even check out the tab Career Interest Assessments on the left.
If your student wants to visit with us about course selection or high school credits, endorsements, or programs of study, please reach out or via email or with a phone call to the appropriate grade level counselor.
Should your child need our support in a more personal way, this is a great way to make a request as well.
