Do you know when you should call 9-1-1? The 9-1-1 system was first established in 1968 as an easy number to be remembered for getting help quickly!

When you dial 9-1-1, the Emergency Services Dispatcher will ask you a series of questions to determine which emergency service you need and the level of response required. Answering these questions does not delay the response.
