The Bastrop ISD Mentoring Program supports teachers in their first and second years of teaching. The program is designed to positively impact our new teachers as they navigate their way through the requirements of a new teacher.

 

In addition, the Bastrop ISD HR Department makes monthly trips during the first semester to visit with new teachers.
